Nick is one of Brisbane’s best-known and most well-respected creative directors. He is the architect behind a large number of successful brand, advertising, direct marketing and outdoor campaigns for some of Australia’s household names. Over the course of a 15-year agency career, Nick developed his own ideas about what makes for a great agency, and it was with these in mind that he launched decoder in 2005. As founder and Creative Director, Nick is free to combine his passion for creativity with an uncompromising approach to results-based marketing, embedding tried and tested direct response techniques wherever possible. Nick’s campaigns have been recognised at many of the industry’s leading awards ceremonies, and, in recognition of this contribution, 2010 saw him sat on the judges’ panel at the prestigious Caples Awards in New York.

A skilled, strategic thinker, Tracey has created success in both agency and client-side positions, by prioritising quantifiable results and return on investment. A former Australian Young Direct Marketer of the Year, Tracey has long been passionate about the planning that sits behind the headlines, identifying opportunities and implementing data-driven strategies. As decoder’s CEO, Tracey works tirelessly with clients to understand their business challenges, maximise the effectiveness of their budgets, and ensure that they set clear, measurable objectives that lend accuracy to the results.
