Late last year we launched the Suncorp Bank Healthpoint service as a challenger product to Hicaps in the monopolised private health sector. Suncorp Healthpoint operates seamlessly through a Suncorp EFTPOS terminal, so it made sense to put the terminal at the heart of the creative idea. Utilising the scrolling pull-out paper roll as a canvas allowed us to list services and benefits in a relevant way across channels including direct mail, edm, and Facebook marketplace ads. The results are now in, and make for very good reading. Our online click-through rate of 1.08% eclipses the industry average of between 0.3% – 0.7%. And our DM conversion rate of 1.07% helped contribute to a doubling of business enquiries in the first week after launch. All in all, it seems like a mix of strong creative, simple messaging and smart media is hitting home.
