Internal communications is a powerful dialogue tool between people who work together - employer and employees. It is especially useful to motivate, educate and engage staff with programs and products. We used a multi-channel internal communications campaign to promote the Sunday Mail Suncorp Bridge to Brisbane fun run to thousands of Suncorp employees; and to get Suncorp call centre and branch staff engaged with the Suncorp SunWise skin cancer initiative.
Approached correctly, internal communication is the ideal opportunity to give the company people an experience of the company brand first hand.
